Terms of service

By downloading, accessing, purchasing, subscribing to, or using Astrelle, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Astrelle.

If you download Astrelle from the Apple App Store, your license is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement unless Apple or Astrelle provides a custom EULA in App Store Connect. If there is a conflict, the Apple terms control for Apple platform licensing matters.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Astrelle, and you must meet any higher minimum age required in your country. If your country requires parental or guardian consent, you may use Astrelle only with that consent.

You are responsible for your account, device, sign-in credentials, app-store account, and all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and not impersonate anyone, create accounts for others without permission, or use another person's account.

Astrelle is provided for entertainment, reflection, journaling, and personal insight. Astrology, tarot, numerology, BaZi, compatibility readings, AI chats, and cosmic forecasts are not scientific, medical, legal, financial, psychological, therapeutic, religious, or professional advice.

Do not use Astrelle to make emergency, medical, mental-health, legal, financial, relationship-safety, employment, housing, immigration, or other high-stakes decisions. Contact a qualified professional or emergency service when appropriate.

Astrelle uses AI to generate text, summaries, readings, interpretations, and chat responses. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, offensive, outdated, or unsuitable for your situation. Astrelle does not guarantee that AI output is correct or reviewed by a human astrologer.

You are responsible for evaluating AI output before relying on it. You may not use Astrelle to generate unlawful, harmful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, sexually exploitative, or high-risk content, or to make automated decisions about other people.

Astrelle may offer free features, paid subscriptions, lifetime purchases, promotional trials, and other in-app or web purchases. Subscription features, prices, billing periods, trial lengths, renewal terms, and included benefits are shown before purchase and may vary by country, platform, currency, offer, and eligibility.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date through the platform where you purchased them, such as Apple App Store, Google Play, Stripe checkout, or another account-management flow we provide. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless the platform states otherwise.

Refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, taxes, family sharing, price changes, and billing disputes are handled under the rules of the platform or payment processor used for the purchase, plus any non-waivable consumer rights that apply in your country.

You may submit birth information, compatibility inputs, journal entries, prompts, messages, profile details, feedback, and other content. You keep ownership of content you submit, subject to the rights you grant here.

You grant Astrelle a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, display, adapt, and use your content as needed to provide, secure, support, personalize, improve, and operate Astrelle and the features you request. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for any information you submit about another person.

You may not misuse Astrelle, interfere with security or operation, scrape or harvest data, reverse engineer the app except where law allows, bypass paywalls, share accounts, resell access, upload malware, infringe intellectual property, harass others, threaten harm, exploit minors, submit unlawful content, or use Astrelle for regulated professional decisions.

You may not use Astrelle or its AI features to build competing models or services, generate spam, manipulate ratings or reviews, violate app-store rules, or violate sanctions, export controls, or applicable law.

Astrelle relies on third-party services such as app stores, payment processors, subscription managers, backend providers, AI providers, audio providers, map providers, analytics providers, and hosting providers. Their terms and privacy policies may apply to your use of those services.

Astrelle is not responsible for third-party services, outages, policies, content, actions, or purchases except where applicable law does not allow that responsibility to be excluded.

Astrelle, including its software, design, branding, text, graphics, generated templates, feature names, databases, and other materials, is owned by Astrelle or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Astrelle for your own lawful, personal, non-commercial use. You do not receive any ownership interest in Astrelle.

We may add, remove, suspend, limit, modify, or discontinue features, content, models, providers, offers, prices, territories, or platform availability. We may also impose usage limits, rate limits, eligibility rules, or technical requirements.

We try to keep Astrelle available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service. Some features may be unavailable because of maintenance, outages, legal restrictions, provider limitations, app-store rules, or regional availability.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, store, and protect personal information. By using Astrelle, you acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

We may send transactional, security, subscription, support, and service messages. Marketing messages will be sent only where permitted and can be opted out of as required by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under the laws of your country, state, province, or region, including consumer guarantees, cancellation rights, refund rights, unfair-contract protections, privacy rights, app-store rights, or rights for digital services.

If any clause is unenforceable in your jurisdiction, that clause will apply only to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining Terms will continue to apply.

You may stop using Astrelle at any time and may delete your account where that feature is available. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, misuse the service, fail to pay amounts owed, or if we discontinue a feature or territory.

Termination does not automatically cancel subscriptions purchased through an app store or payment processor. You must cancel through the platform where you purchased.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astrelle is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or that content will meet your expectations.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some exclusions may not apply to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astrelle and its owners, employees, contractors, providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data, goodwill, business, or emotional distress arising from or related to your use of Astrelle.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid to Astrelle in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD 100, unless applicable law requires a higher amount.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Astrelle and its owners, employees, contractors, providers, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your content, misuse of Astrelle, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of another person's rights.

You may not use, export, re-export, or access Astrelle in violation of sanctions, export-control laws, embargoes, or laws that apply to you or Astrelle. You represent that you are not located in, ordinarily resident in, or controlled by a person or entity subject to applicable sanctions or prohibited-party restrictions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the laws of your country or region require another law or forum for non-waivable consumer claims.

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact contact@astrelleapp.com and try to resolve the dispute informally. Any arbitration, class-action waiver, venue, or dispute clause will apply only where enforceable under applicable law and will not limit non-waivable consumer, privacy, app-store, or regulatory rights.

Translations may be provided for convenience. Unless local law requires otherwise, the English version controls if there is a conflict between translations.

We may update these Terms by posting a new version and updating the Last Updated date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent. Questions or legal notices may be sent to contact@astrelleapp.com.
